About me:
I am a qualified Physiotherapist and two-time Olympian, with Olympic and World Championship medals in Rowing. I graduated from Cardiff University in 2015 with a BSc in Physiotherapy and have since specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy across both the NHS and Private practice. I also currently work with the British Rowing development team.
My aim is to draw on both my clinical expertise and elite sporting experience to provide practical, personalised and evidence based care for all my clients. So whether you are managing persistent pain, recovering from an injury or looking to improve your performance, my goal is to help you move with confidence and achieve your individual goals.

The Rowing Physio is led by qualified physiotherapist and former Olympic rower, Tom Barras.
Combining clinical expertise with first hand experience of elite sport, The Rowing Physio provides physiotherapy, shockwave therapy, sport massage, acupuncture and injury prevention screening to people of all ages and abilities.
From clinic treatments, to ongoing injury management advice, the focus is on practical, honest care that helps clients perform, stay healthy, recover well and keep doing what they love.
