The Rowing Physio – Terms & Conditions:

 

Parental Consent:

• The Rowing Physio currently provides assessment and treatment for patients aged 16 years and over only. Unfortunately, appointments are not currently available for children under the age of 16. 

• In line with our safeguarding procedures, clients aged 16–18 are required to provide a signed parental/guardian consent form prior to treatment. 

 

Appointments & Cancellations:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged at the full appointment fee.

 

Late Arrival:

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Health Information:

• A pre-assessment health form will need to be completed prior to your appointment. Completing this helps ensure you receive maximum benefit and time from your assessment.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information, including any injuries, conditions, or changes in health.

 

Consent to Treatment:

• By attending an appointment, you consent to assessment and physiotherapy treatment. You may withdraw consent at any time.

 

Professional Scope:

• Treatment is provided based on clinical judgement and individual needs. Outcomes from treatment can vary between individuals, and whilst every effort is made to support your recovery, results cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Data Protection / Privacy:

• Personal information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

Inappropriate Behaviour:

• The clinic reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
